Everything you need to know ## FAQ 01How do I get tickets to HiFY Dinner 2026? Tickets are on public sale via Eventbrite. Choose the ticket type that suits you and complete your purchase. There are two options: the HiFY Full Experience Pass at SGD 225 per person, sold as a table of 6 (SGD 1,350, includes the dinner plus the HiFY Music Experience), and the HiFY Music Experience Pass at SGD 68 per person (admission from 7:50 PM, dinner not included). Prices exclude Eventbrite booking fees, which are shown at checkout. 03Why is there an all-white dress code? White represents health, unity and equality. Thousands of guests dressed in white create a powerful collective canvas at The Meadow. 04What should I wear? Choose an elegant outfit entirely in white or shades of white. White, silver or gold accessories are welcome; cocktail or elevated festive attire works best. Please wear flat-soled shoes to help protect the lawn and enjoy dancing comfortably to the music. 05Can I bring my own food to HiFY Dinner 2026? Outside food is not permitted. Dinner includes a curated, nutrient-dense set menu; each guest chooses the Nutritious Balanced Meal or Nutritious Plant-Based Meal at the time of purchase. 06Can I bring my own water and drinks? Outside beverages are not allowed. Hydration stations will be available throughout the event. A selection of refreshing drinks, as well as red wine, champagne and beer, will be available for purchase; cashless payment is preferred. 07What kind of food will be served? The menu focuses on vibrant, nourishing ingredients, served as an individual set menu for each guest. Menu choices are confirmed at the time of purchase. 08Are tickets refundable? Tickets, catered meals and beverages are non-refundable, and tickets may not be resold. Guest names may be updated until one day before the event. 09Do I need to bring a guest? Not at all. The HiFY Dinner is booked by the table (6 guests), so most guests come with family or friends to fill a table. With the HiFY Music Experience Pass, you are welcome to come on your own or with friends. 10My guest can no longer attend. What should I do? You can update the names of your table guests until one day before the event. 11Is the HiFY Dinner suitable for children below 7 years old? The HiFY Dinner is designed primarily as an adult dining and music experience with live amplified sound, and baby chairs or high chairs will not be provided, so while children below 7 may attend, parents or guardians must accompany and supervise them throughout the event. 12What time does the event start and end? The event runs from 5:00 PM to 10:20 PM. Entry begins at 5:00 PM, and Music Experience Pass holders may enter from 7:50 PM. Should there be any changes, they will be updated on your digital pass. 13What do I need to bring? Bring your digital pass, a fully charged phone, light personal essentials, your all-white outfit and flat-soled shoes. As HiFY is an outdoor event, we also recommend bringing an umbrella or a handheld fan; please avoid oversized or golf umbrellas. 14Is parking available at the venue? Parking is available near The Meadow, including Gardens by the Bay and Bayfront area car parks. Public transport or carpooling is encouraged. 15How do I get there by public transport? Use Gardens by the Bay MRT Station (TE22), Exit 1, or Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16), Exit B.
