## How do I get tickets to HiFY Dinner 2026?

Tickets are on public sale via Eventbrite. Choose the ticket type that suits you and complete your purchase.

## What ticket options are available?

### 有哪些门票选择？

There are two options:
• The HiFY Full Experience Pass at SGD 225 per person, sold as a table of 6 (SGD 1,350, includes the dinner plus the HiFY Music Experience).
• The HiFY Music Experience Pass at SGD 68 per person (admission from 7:45 PM, dinner not included).

共两种：
• HiFY 全享通票每位 SGD 225，以桌为单位售卖，每桌 6 位（合计 SGD 1,350，包含 HiFY 盛宴及音乐体验）；
• HiFY 音乐体验票每位 SGD 68（晚上 7:45 起入场，不含晚餐）。

## Are tickets refundable?

### 门票可以退款吗？

Tickets, catered meals and beverages are non-refundable, and tickets may not be resold. Guest names may be updated until one day before the event.

门票及所含餐食与饮品均不可退款，门票亦不可转售。同桌宾客姓名可在活动前一天之前更改。

## Do I need to bring a guest?

### 我需要带一位宾客吗？

Not at all.
The HiFY Dinner is booked by the table (6 guests), so most guests come with family or friends to fill a table. With the HiFY Music Experience Pass, you are welcome to come on your own or with friends.

不需要。
HiFY 盛宴 2026 以桌为单位购买（每桌 6 位），欢迎与家人朋友同行；音乐体验票持有者一个人来或与朋友同来都欢迎。

## My guest can no longer attend. What should I do?

You can update the names of your table guests until one day before the event.

## What should I wear?

Choose an elegant outfit entirely in white or shades of white. White, silver or gold accessories are welcome; cocktail or elevated festive attire works best.
Please wear flat-soled shoes to help protect the lawn and enjoy dancing comfortably to the music.

请选择全白或白色系的优雅服装，可搭配白色、银色或金色配饰；鸡尾酒会或精致节庆风格最为合适。

Thousands of guests dressed in white create a powerful collective canvas at The Meadow.

## Can I bring my own food to HiFY Dinner 2026?

### 可以自带食物参加 HiFY 盛宴 2026 吗？

Outside food is not permitted.
Dinner is a six-course communal meal shared by the whole table, with each table selecting either the Nutritious Balanced Meal or the Nutritious Plant-Based Meal at the time of purchase.
As dishes are shared, we are unable to cater to individual allergies or dietary requirements; guests with food allergies are advised to check with us before purchasing.

活动不允许携带外食。
盛宴为六道共享菜肴，由全桌一起享用；每桌于购票时选择营养均食或营养蔬食其中一种。由于菜肴为全桌共享，我们无法为个别宾客调整过敏或特殊饮食需求，有食物过敏的宾客建议购票前先与我们联系。

## Can I bring my own water and drinks?

### 可以自带水和饮料吗？

Outside beverages are not allowed.
Hydration stations will be available throughout the event. A selection of refreshing drinks, as well as red wine, champagne and beer, will be available for purchase; cashless payment is preferred.

活动不允许携带外来饮品。
现场设有补水站，并售卖多种清爽饮品及红酒、香槟和啤酒，建议使用电子支付方式。

## What kind of food will be served?

### 现场会提供什么食物？

The menu focuses on vibrant, nourishing ingredients, served as a six-course communal dinner by Lavish (Halal-certified), with dishes placed at the centre of the table for everyone to share.
Each table selects one option for all 6 guests: the Nutritious Balanced Meal (meat and vegetables, with plant-based vegetable dishes) or the Nutritious Plant-Based Meal (100% plant-based, prepared without onion, garlic, scallion, ginger, egg or dairy).
If 4 or more guests at your table are vegan, we recommend the Plant-Based Meal for the entire table.
Selection is confirmed at the time of purchase and cannot be changed after checkout.

菜单以色彩丰富、滋养健康的食材为主，由 Lavish 呈献六道共享菜肴（清真认证），摆放于桌子中央，由同桌宾客一起分享。
每桌为 6 位宾客选择同一种餐食：营养均食（荤素搭配，蔬菜菜肴均为纯素）或营养蔬食（100% 植物性食材，不含洋葱、蒜、青葱、姜、蛋及奶制品）。

## What time does the event start and end?

### 活动几点开始、几点结束？

The event runs from 5:00 PM to 10:40 PM.
Entry begins at 5:00 PM, and Music Experience Pass holders may enter from 7:45 PM.
Should there be any changes, we will notify you via the email address provided when you purchased your ticket and update the official event page accordingly.

活动于下午 5:00 至晚上 10:40 举行。
下午 5:00 开始入场，音乐体验票持有者可于晚上 7:45 起入场。
若有任何变更，我们将通过您购票时预留的邮箱通知您，并同步更新活动官方页面。

## What do I need to bring?

### 我需要携带什么？

Bring your digital pass, a fully charged phone, light personal essentials, your all-white outfit and flat-soled shoes. As HiFY is an outdoor event, we also recommend bringing an umbrella or a handheld fan; please avoid oversized or golf umbrellas.

请携带电子票、充满电的手机、轻便的个人必需品，并穿着全白服装及平底鞋。
由于 HiFY 为户外活动，我们也建议您随身携带雨伞或手持风扇；请避免携带大型雨伞或高尔夫伞。

## Is the HiFY Dinner suitable for children below 7 years old?

### HiFY 盛宴适合 7 岁以下儿童参加吗？

The HiFY Dinner is designed primarily as an adult dining and music experience with live amplified sound, and baby chairs or high chairs will not be provided, so while children below 7 may attend, parents or guardians must accompany and supervise them throughout the event.

HiFY 盛宴主要是为成人打造的晚宴与音乐体验，现场音乐音量较大，且不提供婴儿椅或儿童高脚椅，因此 7 岁以下儿童虽可入场，家长或监护人须全程陪同并照顾。

## What if it rains?

### 遇雨怎么办？

HiFY is an outdoor event and will proceed as scheduled if it rains.
In the event of severe weather, the Organiser may, for safety reasons, delay, modify, interrupt, suspend or cancel any part of the programme.
Tickets are non-refundable in any of the above circumstances.

HiFY 为户外活动，雨天正常举办。
如遇恶劣天气，主办方可基于安全考虑延迟、调整、中断、暂停或取消相关节目。
以上情况恕不退款。

## Who is responsible for my personal belongings?

### 个人物品由谁负责？

Attendance is at your own risk. The Organiser is not responsible for injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.

出席活动的风险由宾客自行承担。除法律另有规定外，主办方对人身伤害、财物遗失、被盗或损坏不承担责任。

## Is parking available at the venue?

The following car parks are available near the venue: Gardens by the Bay (Main Entrance), The Meadow, Bayfront Plaza and Satay by the Bay. As parking lots are limited, public transport or carpooling is recommended.

## How do I get there by public transport?

• Circle Line or Downtown Line. Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16)
• East-West Line. Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15), then take Bus 400
• Thomson-East Coast Line. Alight at Gardens by the Bay MRT Station (TE22)

HiFY Dinner will be held outdoors on a grass lawn, with seated dining arrangements.
As the terrain is grass, guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids may wish to assess the ground conditions and accessibility based on their individual mobility needs.
We're happy to provide the relevant information in advance so guests can make the arrangements that are most suitable for them. Please contact your HLCC Ambassador, or reach out to us directly, before purchasing.
